Harvey, a Pulitzer Prize-winning heartwarming comedy by Mary Chase, is the story of a perfect gentleman, Elwood P. Dowd, and his best friend, Harvey, who is a six-foot tall, invisible rabbit. His sister, Veta Louise and her daughter, Myrtle Mae, are extremely embarrassed when Elwood begins introducing Harvey around town. They decide to have him committed in a sanitarium, but Veta is mistakenly committed, and Elwood can't be found. A frantic search begins; as they search, the people who know and love Elwood, learn some valuable lessons about life, love, tolerance, and acceptance.
